Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine that supports the body's natural balance by encouraging the smooth flow of energy.

Stress & Anxiety
Headaches & Migraines
Fatigue & Insomnia
Digestive & Immune Support
Women's Health & Fertility
Emotional Wellbeing & Mood
Sports Massage
Sports massage goes beyond relaxation. It is designed to:
Reduce muscle tension and stiffness
Improve mobility and performance
Support recovery from training and injury
Help prevent future injury
Repetitive movement from running, cycling, weightlifting, or racquet sports can strain muscles and connective tissue. Sports massage helps release tension, promote tissue repair, and restore balance; supporting safer, more effective training.
To support your acupuncture or massage treatment, we offer a range of complementary techniques that can be used when appropriate to enhance results and speed recovery.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping applies gentle suction to specific areas of the body to increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support tissue recovery.
Muscle Scraping
Muscle scraping (Gua Sha / IASTM) uses light, repeated strokes with a smooth tool to support circulation, break down adhesions and improve tissue mobility.

Acupuncture FAQ
What is a typical treatment like?
Your first appointment lasts around 60 minutes and begins with a detailed discussion of your medical history, current concerns, and health goals. This allows Paul to create a treatment plan tailored to you, with your first treatment taking place in the same session.
Follow-up visits include a brief check-in and treatment. Very fine, sterile needles are gently placed at carefully selected points and left in place for around 15 to 30 minutes, a process many people find relaxing.
These points are used to encourage circulation, ease tension, and help the body return to a more balanced and healthy state.
How can acupuncture help me?

Does acupuncture hurt?
Acupuncture is generally very gentle and well tolerated. Many people feel little to nothing when the needles are inserted. If a sensation is noticed, it is often described as mild tingling, warmth, or a dull, achy feeling that settles quickly.
Acupuncture needles are extremely fine, and much thinner than those used for injections, which is why treatment feels very different from having a blood test or vaccine.
Is acupuncture right for me?
Many people find acupuncture supports noticeable improvements in both physical health and overall wellbeing. The best way to know whether it is suitable for you is through an individual consultation with a qualified acupuncturist.
